  • February – March 2021. Successfully completed the Google IT Support Professional Certificate on Coursera.

  • October 2020 to January 2021. Been in Italy to attend the WSET Level 3 Course at Accademia Vino in Rome. Completed the course but couldn’t do the exam which was postponed due to covid-19. Came back to Thailand and went under the mandatory 16-days quarantine in a hotel in Bangkok. Sold the Bar business.

  • January 2019 to December 2020. Open and managed a Bar in Chinatown, Bangkok.

  • July 2017 to December 2018. Move to Bangkok and worked as a Freelance Translator for Ingedata and open a small company of import wine and beer from Italy to Thailand.

  • June 2017. Been in Malta for one month as a EF Course Leader.

  • July 2015 to May 2017. Open and managed a Bar & Deli in one of the ancient market in the centre of Rome.

  • September 2012 to June 2015. Moved to the UK, London for 8 months and then Brighton (with a 4 months period in Amsterdam/Utrecht) and worked in the F&B industry at Hilton and Mercure hotels.

    Earned the Hospitality and Event Management degree from Brighton University.

  • September 2010 to June 2012. Earned the AIS / WSA – Sommelier Diploma at the Associazione Italiana Sommelier venue in the Hilton hotel, Rome.

    AIS / WSA – Level 1 Course: Wine tasting technique, viticulture, oenology, service technique.
    AIS / WSA – Level 2 Course: Complete Italian and international oenography: wine regions and sub-regions, grape varieties, wine styles, appellation systems.
    AIS / WSA – Level 3 Course: Advanced wine-food pairing technique, wine & food categories, service technique.
    AIS / WSA – Sommelier Diploma: successful completion of all three levels and a two-days examination session, featuring written tests (two different tests), blind tasting and wine-food pairing assessment tests, didactic dinner, practical / service and final oral tests.

  • September 2007 to September 2012. Worked in several roles in marketing, events and retail including the roles of Mac Specialist at Apple and freelance photographer.

    August 2010 to September 2010. Worked as a volunteer with Pamoja International NGO. Promoted wildlife, tourism and cultural development at the Maasai Mara Game Reserve, Kenya.

  • September 2004 to September 2007. Earned the Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Communications at IED Rome.
